A personal welcome on arrival

From the moment you walk into the arrivals hall, someone is there for you. Your chauffeur stands at the meeting point with a sign showing your name, or a company name or code if you prefer discretion. They take your luggage trolley, guide you to the vehicle and make sure you can settle in without delay. We track your flight, and if it is late the chauffeur waits, with the waiting included.

The service also works for guests you are receiving: you book on their behalf, add their name and mobile number, and they are met and driven without needing to do anything themselves.

Who uses it and where they go

Typical clients include company executives arriving for board meetings, delegates visiting the Palais des Nations and the international organisations, speakers and guests at conferences at Palexpo, and private clients staying at lakeside hotels in Geneva, Lausanne or Montreux. Many continue to resorts such as Gstaad, Verbier, Crans-Montana, Megève or Courchevel. The service is also booked for guests going to clinics on the shores of Lake Geneva, to private residences in Cologny, Coppet or Nyon, or to Geneva's business district. Companies often book it for visiting clients, to make sure the first contact with Switzerland is organised and on time.

If your guest is travelling with an assistant, a family or a security detail, we can plan several vehicles that arrive together and leave in convoy. You can also combine the airport welcome with a chauffeur by the hour, so the same driver remains available for the rest of the day, between meetings, the hotel and dinner.

Booking and payment

Book online in a few minutes: enter the flight number, the guest's name as it should appear on the sign, the destination and the vehicle class. The fixed price per vehicle is shown before payment, and you pay through a secure Stripe checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Companies can ask for an invoice and book several guests over the same period.
