Delegation and VIP ground transport

VIP ground transport in Geneva, planned around your programme

Geneva is home to the United Nations Office at Geneva at the Palais des Nations, international organisations such as the WHO, WTO, ILO, ITU, WIPO, UNHCR and ICRC, and a large number of permanent missions. Conferences and summits regularly take place at the CICG and at Palexpo. Delegation transport in Geneva therefore follows agendas that change during the day: a meeting runs late, a bilateral is added, a reception moves to another address.

Send us the programme, the number of passengers and the vehicle classes you need. We plan the chauffeurs and vehicles accordingly, and changes can be passed on at any time by phone or WhatsApp at +41 78 346 56 77, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Multi-vehicle transport for delegations

One delegation often needs several vehicles at once: a First Class Sedan for the head of delegation, Business Sedans for advisers and a Van or Minibus for the rest of the team and the luggage. Several vehicles can be booked for one delegation on request. Tell us how the group should be split, and we coordinate the vehicles so that everyone arrives together or at the times you indicate.

• Business Sedan (Mercedes E-Class) for executives and delegates
• First Class Sedan (Mercedes S-Class) for heads of delegation and VIP guests
• Van (Mercedes V-Class) for small teams with luggage
• Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter) for larger groups and shuttle runs

Airport arrivals and conference venue drop-offs

At Geneva Airport, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We track the flight, and waiting for late flights is included. The chauffeur helps with the luggage and drives the delegation to its hotel, mission or meeting.

Security perimeters and access rules at UN premises and conference venues are set by the venue. Your diplomatic chauffeur in Geneva follows the instructions given by the organiser or the protocol office and drops passengers at the address or entrance you indicate.
