How do I book a transfer?
Use the booking form on AirportsTransfers.ch: enter your pick-up point, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage, choose a vehicle, then pay online. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away.
How can I pay?
Online at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through a secure Stripe checkout. Your card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the distance of the journey and the vehicle class. It is a fixed price per vehicle, shown before you pay, and does not change afterwards for the journey booked.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the flight number you give at booking. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and the waiting is included in the price.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
For airport pick-ups, the chauffeur waits for your actual arrival if the flight is late, and allows time for baggage claim and customs. If you are held up for another reason, call or message us on +41 78 346 56 77.
Where will I meet my chauffeur at Geneva Airport?
In the arrivals hall, just after customs, holding a sign with your name. Select the Swiss or French sector when you book so the chauffeur waits on the right side.
How much luggage can I bring?
The Business Sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 3 bags, and the Van up to 7 passengers and 10 bags. Declare your luggage at booking so that AirportsTransfers.ch sends a vehicle with enough room.
Can I bring skis or a snowboard?
Yes. Declare skis, snowboards and boot bags when you book. We then assign a suitable vehicle, usually the Van (Mercedes V-Class) or the Minibus for groups.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Give the number and ages of the children at booking and the seats are installed before pick-up.
Can I cancel or change my booking?

Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Enter your company name and billing details when you book and AirportsTransfers.ch sends an invoice for the journey.

Can I hire a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. You can book a chauffeur and vehicle by the hour, from a minimum of 2 hours, for meetings, shopping, events or day trips.
Where do you drive?
AirportsTransfers.ch covers 418 destinations in Switzerland, France, Italy and Germany, including the main Alpine ski resorts, large and medium-sized cities and 28 airports, from Geneva Airport or any address in the region.
