A roadshow day usually means several meetings in different parts of a city, sometimes in two cities, with little time between them. Your chauffeur collects you at your hotel or at Geneva Airport, waits outside each address and has the car ready when the meeting ends. If a meeting runs late or a new appointment is added, the chauffeur adjusts. You can work, take calls or prepare your next meeting during the drive.

For roadshows, the usual choice is the chauffeur by the hour (minimum 2 hours), which keeps the same driver and vehicle all day. Single transfers are also possible, for example from the airport to a first meeting and on to a hotel.

The Business Sedan (Mercedes E-Class) suits up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. The First Class Sedan (Mercedes S-Class) offers a quieter, more spacious rear for senior executives. The Van (Mercedes V-Class) carries up to 7 people, so a whole team can travel and talk together between meetings.

Typical business routes

In Geneva, meetings often take place in the banking district around the Rues Basses and the lakefront, at the Palais des Nations and the international organisations, at Palexpo and in the business areas near the airport. Many roadshows link Geneva with Lausanne, Nyon, Rolle or Vevey, where several international companies have their headquarters. Others continue to Zurich, Zug, Basel or Bern in the same day, or cross into France for Lyon or Annecy. Roadshows also reach Milan and Turin from Geneva, and some combine a morning in Geneva with an afternoon flight from Zurich, where the chauffeur drops the team at the airport.

Companies also book this service for board meetings, client visits, site inspections at CERN in Meyrin or at EPFL in Lausanne, and recruitment days with candidates arriving by plane or train.
