How to get an instant quote in 1 minute
The booking form on this page calculates a price for any address, not just for the routes in the table above. You do not need to send an e-mail or wait for someone to call you back: the fixed price for each vehicle appears on screen before you pay anything. Here is what to enter.
- Pickup. Choose Geneva Airport (GVA) or type any address: a hotel, a private home, a chalet, an office or another airport. For an arrival, add your flight number so the chauffeur can follow your flight.
- Destination. Type the exact address, not only the town. A chalet above a ski village or a hotel on the far side of a lake can change the distance, and the quote uses the real route.
- Date and time. For an arrival, enter the scheduled landing time. For a departure to GVA, enter the time you want to be picked up, leaving enough margin for check-in and security.
- Passengers. Count everyone, including children and babies. Each person needs a seat, so this number decides which vehicles can be offered.
- Bags. Count suitcases and large bags. Small handbags and laptop bags do not usually matter, but several large suitcases can require a larger vehicle even for two people.
- Skis and sports equipment. Declare skis or snowboards at booking. They take space, and the vehicle must be chosen to carry them safely.
- Child seats. Request the number and type of child seats you need. They are provided on request and must be installed before the chauffeur leaves.
Once these details are filled in, the form shows the vehicles that fit your group and luggage, each with a fixed price. You choose a vehicle, add your contact details and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. A confirmation is sent to you by e-mail straight away.
How the price is calculated
A quote for a private transfer is not a taximeter estimate. It is a fixed amount calculated in advance from a small number of factors.
- Distance and route. The main factor is the driving distance between your pickup and your destination. A trip into Geneva city costs less than a trip to a ski resort two or three hours away in the mountains.
- Vehicle class. A Mercedes E-Class, an S-Class and a V-Class do not have the same price for the same route. The larger or more premium the vehicle, the higher the fixed price.
- Per vehicle, not per person. The price covers the whole vehicle. If three people share an E-Class or seven people share a V-Class, the total stays the same as for one passenger in the same car.
- Fixed once booked. The amount shown before payment is the amount you pay. Traffic jams, a late flight or a slow mountain road do not change the price of a confirmed booking.
The lowest prices in the table above start from CHF 123. For any other address, the form gives you the exact figure for your trip.
What is included and what is not
Included in every quote
- A private vehicle for your group only, with a professional chauffeur. There are no shared rides and no stops for other passengers.
- Door to door service, from the address you enter to the address you enter.
- Flight tracking for arrivals, so the chauffeur knows if your plane lands early or late.
- Meet & greet in the arrivals hall, with a name board.
- Waiting time for late flights.
- Pickup in the Swiss or French sector of Geneva Airport.
- Winter tyres during the cold season.
- The luggage and skis you declared at booking, within the capacity of the vehicle.
- Child seats, if you requested them.
Not included unless you ask for it
- Extra stops along the way that were not part of your request.
- Extra passengers, luggage or skis that were not declared and do not fit the vehicle you booked.
- Hourly hire or a chauffeur at your disposal for a day: these are quoted separately.
- A Sprinter minibus, which is available on request rather than through the online form.
If your plans change after booking, contact us before the transfer so the vehicle and the quote can be adjusted.
Return trips
Most travellers who fly into Geneva also fly out again, so it often makes sense to book both directions at the same time. Simply request a second transfer for the return with the date, the pickup time and the address of your hotel or chalet. Each direction has its own fixed price, and both are confirmed by e-mail.
For a departure, think about the pickup time carefully. The chauffeur will be at your door at the time you choose, so allow for the drive time to GVA, for check-in and for security. For a ski resort several hours away, this can mean an early start.
Groups, minibus and custom requests
The V-Class is the usual choice for families and small groups: it carries up to 7 passengers and 10 bags, and it can take skis. For larger groups, a Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 16 passengers. The Sprinter is available on request, so contact us by WhatsApp or phone at +41 78 346 56 77 with your date, route, number of people and luggage.
The same applies to requests that the instant form cannot price on its own:
- Multi-stop trips, for example collecting colleagues at two hotels before going to the airport.
- Hourly hire, when you need a chauffeur and a vehicle at your disposal for meetings or events.
- Several vehicles travelling together for a wedding, a seminar or a ski group.
Send the details by WhatsApp or call the same number, and you will receive a custom quote.
Corporate quotes and invoices
Companies use private transfers for visiting clients, board members, recruits and event guests. You can book online like any other traveller and pay by card, or contact us for a quote covering regular or multiple transfers. Invoices are available for companies, with your company details, so that the cost can be booked correctly in your accounts. Because the price is fixed per vehicle in advance, it is easy to approve a budget before the trip.
Price examples by destination
The live table above shows the current "from" prices for the most requested routes from GVA. Use it as a reference: the price follows the drive time and the distance, and approximate drive times from the airport are:
| Destination | Approximate drive time from GVA |
|---|---|
| Geneva city centre | about 15 min |
| Annecy | about 40 min |
| Lausanne | about 45 min |
| Megève | about 1 h 10 |
| Chamonix | about 1 h 15 |
| Verbier | about 2 h |
| Courchevel | about 2 h 15 |
| Val Thorens | about 2 h 30 |
| Zermatt (via Täsch) | about 3 h 15 |
Drive times depend on traffic, weather and road conditions, especially on winter weekends in the mountains. They do not change the fixed price once you have booked. Zermatt is car-free, so the transfer goes to Täsch, where the shuttle train to Zermatt leaves. For any address not listed, enter it in the form to see the exact price.
Tips to get the best price
- Book early in ski season. Saturdays and Sundays in winter are the busiest days for transfers to the Alps. Booking well in advance gives you the widest choice of vehicles and times.
- Choose the right vehicle size. An E-Class takes 3 passengers and 3 bags; an S-Class takes 3 passengers and 2 bags; a V-Class takes 7 passengers and 10 bags plus skis. Do not book a larger vehicle than you need, but do not underestimate luggage either: if bags or skis do not fit, the transfer cannot go ahead as planned.
- Share one vehicle as a group. Since the price is per vehicle, not per person, four or five friends sharing a V-Class pay much less each than if they travelled separately.
- Enter the exact address. A precise address gives a precise quote and avoids changes later.
- Book the return at the same time. You will have both journeys organised and confirmed in one go.
