Group transfers by minibus

One group, one vehicle, one schedule

Travelling in a group by public transport means counting heads on platforms and carrying luggage through stations. A private group transfer keeps everyone together from the airport to the door of the hotel or chalet. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall at Geneva Airport with a sign bearing the group's name, helps load the luggage and leaves when everyone is on board. We track the flight, and if it is late the waiting is included.

For larger groups, we combine a Minibus with one or more Vans, arriving at the same time and leaving together, so that everyone reaches the destination at once.

Vehicles and luggage

• Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter): for groups, with space for their luggage
• Van (Mercedes V-Class): up to 7 passengers and 10 bags, with room for skis
• Several vehicles combined for larger groups
• Skis, snowboards, bikes and sports bags carried when declared at booking
• Child seats available on request for family groups

The price is per vehicle, not per person. When a group fills a Minibus, the cost per passenger is often lower than separate taxis or individual tickets.

Give us an accurate count of passengers and bags when booking, including pushchairs and large sports equipment. That way we can confirm the right vehicle or combination in advance, rather than adjusting on the day.

Typical group journeys

In winter, ski clubs, groups of friends and families sharing a chalet travel from Geneva Airport to Verbier, Crans-Montana, Villars-sur-Ollon, Champéry, Les Gets, Morzine, Avoriaz, Flaine, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Val Thorens, Méribel, Courchevel, Tignes and Val d'Isère. In summer, groups head to Lake Geneva, Annecy, Interlaken and the Bernese Oberland, or to Zermatt via Täsch.

Companies book minibuses for seminars and team events in Montreux, Lausanne or the mountains, and for visits to CERN in Meyrin or to Palexpo during fairs. Sports teams and choirs use them to reach venues in Switzerland, France and Italy, and school groups for trips to Europa-Park in Rust or Disneyland Paris. Group transfers between Geneva and airports such as Zurich, Lyon Saint-Exupéry or Milan Malpensa are also common when a group's flights change.

Booking and payment

Enter the number of passengers, the luggage and sports equipment, your flight details and destination. The booking form suggests a suitable vehicle or combination, and the fixed price is shown before you pay. Payment is made online through a secure Stripe checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
