Medical and clinic chauffeur

Calm, discreet and on time

Patients travelling for treatment or a medical check-up often arrive tired, sometimes with an appointment time that cannot move. Your chauffeur meets you at Geneva Airport with a name sign, helps with all the luggage and drives you directly to the clinic or to your hotel. We follow your flight; if it lands late, the chauffeur adapts and the waiting is included. Details of your journey are handled with discretion.

For follow-up appointments, a chauffeur by the hour (minimum 2 hours) can take you to the clinic, wait during the consultation and drive you back.

What the service includes and does not include

• Meet and greet at Geneva Airport, or pick-up at your hotel or residence
• Help with luggage and personal items from door to door
• Transfers to appointments, with waiting within the booked hours
• Comfortable vehicles, including the First Class Sedan (Mercedes S-Class) for more space
• Discreet handling of names and destinations

This is a chauffeur service, not a medical transport. Our vehicles are not ambulances and our chauffeurs are not medical staff. Passengers must be able to get in and out of a standard car or van, possibly with help from a companion. Where we drive patients and families

Geneva has several private clinics and the university hospital, and the Lake Geneva region is known for clinics and medical wellness centres, notably in Lausanne, Montreux, Glion and the hills above Vevey. We also drive patients to clinics in Zurich, Bern and Lucerne, and to spa towns such as Leukerbad, Divonne-les-Bains, Évian-les-Bains, Aix-les-Bains and Brides-les-Bains. Families accompanying patients often book transfers between their hotel, the clinic and Geneva Airport throughout the stay, and some book the return to their home country via Zurich or another airport.

When the patient is a child or an older person, we can install child seats on request or choose a vehicle with easier access, such as the Van (Mercedes V-Class), which has a sliding side door and seats up to 7 passengers with 10 bags.

Booking and payment

Book online with the pick-up point, the address of the clinic, the appointment time and any practical notes, such as mobility needs or extra luggage. The fixed price per vehicle is shown before payment, and you pay through a secure Stripe checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
