Large events bring many arrivals in a short time and busy roads around the venues. We help organisers and participants by planning transfers in advance: airport arrivals with meet and greet, hotel to venue shuttles in the morning, and evening transfers to dinners and receptions. Each chauffeur receives the names, times and addresses, and we track incoming flights so that a late plane does not leave a speaker stranded. Waiting for a delayed flight is included.

Venues and events we serve

Palexpo, next to Geneva Airport, hosts major trade fairs and exhibitions throughout the year, and the short drive from the terminal is one of our most frequent trips during fair weeks. How is the price of event transfers calculated?
Each transfer has a fixed price per vehicle based on the route and vehicle class. Hourly bookings depend on the number of hours. For an event programme, we prepare a plan, and prices are confirmed before payment.
Can the organiser pay for all guests' transfers?
Yes. The organiser can book and pay online for each guest, or send the list so AirportsTransfers.ch prepares the bookings and related invoices. Guests then travel without any payment on the day.
Can delegates pay their own transfers while the organiser coordinates?
Yes. Delegates can book and pay individually online while the organiser shares the event details with us. This is common for conferences where participants cover their own travel.
Can we receive invoices with the event name?
Yes. Enter the company or organisation details and add the event name or reference in the notes. The invoice includes the billing details you provide, which helps with event accounting.
What if the event dates change?
Contact us as soon as possible by email or phone with the new dates. We will try to move the bookings to the new programme. Changes and cancellations follow the conditions shown at booking.
What if fewer guests attend than planned?
Tell us as early as possible so vehicles can be adjusted. Cancellations of individual transfers are handled according to the conditions shown at booking, so update the list as soon as you know.
Can a speaker's transfer be booked by the organiser without giving payment details to the speaker?
Yes. The organiser books and pays, and the speaker only receives the meeting information. The chauffeur meets the speaker with a name sign, and the speaker has nothing to pay.
Is the price affected by traffic during fair weeks?
No. The fixed price per vehicle shown before payment is the price you pay. Busy roads around Palexpo and the airport during fairs do not change the price of the transfer booked.

How does an organiser send us the list of guests?
Email the list to contact@airportstransfers.ch with each guest's name, mobile number, flight or train, hotel and transfer needs. AirportsTransfers.ch then prepares the plan of vehicles and chauffeurs and confirms it with you.
How are arriving delegates met at Geneva Airport?
Each delegate is met in the arrivals hall by a chauffeur holding a sign with their name, or the event name if you prefer. We follow the flights, so late arrivals are met when they actually land.
Can you run a shuttle between hotels and the congress venue?
Yes. Morning and evening transfers between hotels and the venue can be planned with a Van, a Minibus or several vehicles, according to the number of participants and the timetable you share.
How does an exhibitor book a chauffeur for the duration of a fair?
Book a chauffeur by the hour, minimum 2 hours, for each day you need. The vehicle and driver stay available for moves between the hotel, the stand, client meetings outside the venue and dinners.
How are last-minute changes handled during an event?

Can a participant with reduced mobility be included in the event plan?
Yes. Mention their needs in the guest list or booking notes. The Van has a sliding door that eases access. Passengers must be able to get into a standard vehicle, with help if needed.
Can you assign chauffeurs who speak the guests' languages?
You can ask. Mention the languages needed in your guest list, and we assign suitable chauffeurs whenever possible. The name signs ensure guests can be identified quickly in any case.
