Can a concierge receive one invoice for a whole season?

Can we book an hourly chauffeur for our chalet stay at the same time?

Does the price change if snow slows the drive to the chalet?
No. The fixed price shown before payment stays the same, whatever the weather or traffic on the way up to the resort. The chauffeur simply adapts the driving to the conditions.

You book online with the flight details, chalet address, passengers, bags and skis, choose the vehicle and pay the fixed price. The chauffeur meets you at Geneva Airport or the private jet terminal and drives you to the chalet door.
What details about the chalet should we give when booking?
Give the exact chalet address, any access instructions such as a private road or gate, the name of the concierge or host and any parking restrictions. This lets the chauffeur reach the door without delay.
How does the departure from the chalet work?
The chauffeur collects you at the chalet at the agreed time, loads luggage and skis, and drives you to Geneva Airport departures or to the private jet terminal as indicated by your handler.
Can the chalet transfer start from a private jet terminal?
Yes. Give the handling agent or business aviation terminal at booking. The chauffeur waits at the agreed meeting point with a name sign and takes care of the luggage.
How is the chalet staff told when we will arrive?

Does the chauffeur carry luggage into the chalet?
The chauffeur unloads your luggage at the chalet door. If the chalet staff are present, they take over inside. Mention any specific requests in the booking notes.
Is discretion assured for chalet guests?
