You can book and pay your private transfer from Geneva Airport in a few minutes, straight from your phone, using the booking form next to this article. There is no account to create and no quote to wait for: you enter your trip, see the fixed price for each vehicle, and pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. What to have ready before you start
- Your flight number, so your chauffeur can track your flight and adjust to any delay.
- The exact address of your hotel, home, office or chalet.
- A mobile phone number where the chauffeur can reach you, ideally with WhatsApp.
- The number of passengers and bags, including skis, golf bags or a pram, and the ages of any young children.
Online booking is open until 12 hours before pick-up. For a shorter notice, call or message us on WhatsApp.
The four steps of the booking form
Step 1: your trip
Enter the pick-up point and the destination, then the date and time. For an arrival, choose Geneva Airport as the pick-up and indicate the time your flight lands. At this stage you can also add a return trip: tick the return option and choose the date and time of your journey back to the airport, so both legs are booked and paid in one go. If you need a car and chauffeur at your disposal rather than a single journey, the form also offers a booking by the hour, with a minimum of two hours.
Step 2: passengers and luggage
Tell us how many people are travelling and how many suitcases you have. Add skis, snowboards or other bulky items here, so the right vehicle is suggested and there is room for everything. Families can request a child seat or booster in this step; it will be installed before you get in.
Step 3: choose your vehicle
The form then shows the vehicles suited to your group, each with its fixed price for the whole vehicle, not per person. You choose between the Business Sedan (Mercedes E-Class), the First Class Sedan (Mercedes S-Class), the Van (Mercedes V-Class) and the Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter). The price you see is the price you pay: flight tracking, waiting time if your flight is late, meet and greet and help with your luggage are all included.
Step 4: your details and payment
Enter the passenger's name, e-mail address and phone number, your flight number and, for Geneva Airport, whether you are using the Swiss sector or the French sector. Add any useful note for the chauffeur, accept the terms and continue to payment.
Paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card
Payment takes place on a secure Stripe page. On an iPhone, Apple Pay lets you confirm with Face ID or Touch ID; on Android, Google Pay works in the same way, with no card number to type. You can of course also pay with a credit or debit card. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never entered on our own pages.
Your confirmation e-mail
As soon as the payment goes through, you receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking details: date, time, addresses, vehicle, passengers and flight number. Keep it on your phone. If it does not appear within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to contact@airportstransfers.ch.
Booking for someone else
Assistants, colleagues and family members often book on behalf of a traveller. Simply enter the passenger's name, which will appear on the chauffeur's name sign, and give the passenger's mobile number so the chauffeur can reach the person actually travelling. The confirmation is sent to the e-mail address entered in the form, so you can forward it to the traveller.
What happens when you land
Your chauffeur follows your flight in real time. If you land late, the pick-up adjusts and the waiting is included. After passport control and baggage reclaim, go to the arrivals hall of the sector you selected, Swiss or French: your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign showing your name, will help with your luggage and walk you to the car.
