- Date and time: enter your landing date and time.
- Passengers: indicate how many adults and children are travelling.
- Luggage and skis: tell us how many suitcases and ski or snowboard bags you have.
- Vehicle: select the car that fits your group; the fixed price for the vehicle is displayed.
- Pay: complete your booking on the secure Stripe payment page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What to enter so everything runs smoothly
Your flight number
The flight number lets us track your arrival. If your flight lands late, your chauffeur adjusts and waits for you, and that waiting is included. Geneva Airport has a Swiss sector and a French sector, so please tell us which side you arrive on if you know it.
Your chalet address
We drive door to chalet wherever the road allows. A precise address, plus any access notes from your host, helps your chauffeur find the right building quickly, even late in the evening.
The number of ski bags

Choosing the right vehicle for skis and families
For a couple or a small family with light luggage, the Business Sedan (Mercedes E-Class) is comfortable and discreet, and the First Class Sedan (Mercedes S-Class) adds extra space and refinement. For families with lots of luggage, or groups of friends with several ski bags, the Van (Mercedes V-Class) is the natural choice. Larger groups and ski clubs, or anyone travelling with a great deal of equipment, should choose the Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter). If you travel with young children, request child seats when you book.
Book the return trip at the same time
