Website Access and Use

Access to airportstransfers.ch is free of charge. Prestige Limousine endeavours to ensure the site's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in the event of maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

  The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only — exclusively to browse our airport transfer services and make private chauffeur bookings.

• Prohibited Uses

Services Offered and Booking

Prestige Limousine offers premium private transport services including airport transfers in Geneva, hourly at-disposal hire, long-distance journeys and VIP event transport. Each booking is subject to the following conditions:

• Booking Confirmation

  All bookings on airportstransfers.ch are confirmed by email once your complete journey details have been received. The booking is only final upon receipt of our written confirmation.

• Flight Tracking Included

  For airport transfers, your driver monitors your flight in real time. No additional charge will be applied for waiting time caused by a confirmed flight delay.

• Vehicle Type

  Prestige Limousine reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior vehicle in case of unavailability, without any change in pricing or reduction in service quality.

• Punctuality

  We are committed to respecting agreed schedules. In the exceptional event that this is not possible, the client will be contacted as promptly as possible by phone or email.

Services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Any specific requirements (child seat, name board, wheelchair assistance) must be mentioned at the time of booking on airportstransfers.ch.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices displayed on airportstransfers.ch are in Swiss Francs (CHF) inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prestige Limousine reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time; the applicable rate is the one in force at the time of booking confirmation.

• Secure Payment via Stripe

  Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform. Your banking details never pass through Prestige Limousine's servers and are fully protected by SSL encryption.

• Invoicing

  An invoice or payment confirmation is sent by email after each transaction. For corporate clients, deferred billing may be agreed upon on a quote basis.

• Accepted Payment Methods

  Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Cash payment may be accepted by prior agreement with Prestige Limousine.

Any unpaid amounts or unjustified transaction disputes may result in service suspension and legal proceedings under Swiss contract law.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties:

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the journey: full refund, no charge.

Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the journey: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellation less than 12 hours before the journey or no-show: the full amount of the booked journey will be charged.

Any modification to a journey (time, destination, number of passengers) must be communicated as early as possible by email to contact@airportstransfers.ch or by phone on +41 78 871 71 33. Accepted modifications do not incur additional charges, subject to availability.

Liability

Prestige Limousine is committed to delivering its services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, our liability is governed by the following provisions:

• Force Majeure

  Prestige Limousine shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from force majeure events: extreme weather conditions, accidents, strikes, exceptional traffic congestion or decisions by Swiss or French authorities.

• Luggage and Personal Belongings

  Prestige Limousine accepts no liability for items left in the vehicle. If a forgotten item is reported promptly, we will do our best to facilitate its recovery.

• Passenger Conduct

  The client is responsible for their own conduct and that of their companions during the journey. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the responsible client according to applicable rates.

In all circumstances, Prestige Limousine's liability shall be limited to the amount of the service in question. The website airportstransfers.ch may contain links to third-party websites; Prestige Limousine is not responsible for their content.

Intellectual Property

All content on airportstransfers.ch — including texts, images, logos, icons, structure and design — is the exclusive property of Prestige Limousine or its partners and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of any element of the site, without prior written authorisation from Prestige Limousine, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these conditions, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of the canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, unless a mandatory legal provision applicable to the consumer provides otherwise.
